How to Make Jam the Easy Way

Plum Jam at Its Best

Ingredients for Fresh Plum Jam:

  • 1 kg plums (pitted)
  • 500 g gelling sugar
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

Wash and pit the plums. Then marinate them with the gelling sugar and cinnamon in a cooking pot for 1 to 2 hours. Slowly start heating and stir occasionally. Let it boil for about 5-6 minutes, then remove from heat and puree. Fill the hot jam into sterile single-use jars and turn them upside down.

Recipe Tip:

You can enhance the delicious plum jam with other ingredients, such as a dash of rum or a few rows of dark chocolate. Simply add these at the end and mix everything thoroughly.

To ensure the plum jam lasts a long time, we recommend storing it in a dark and cool place.

Yummiiieeee, does it taste as good to you as it does to us?
