Our guests are always coming back because they see that everything we do at our wellness hotel in Austria is honest, authentic and, above all, comes straight from the heart.

Or perhaps it is because of Fred. Maybe you have got a minute to get to know Fred a little better as he is one of the main drivers here. Fred is hotel owner Hermann’s brother-in-law — more specifically, he is the husband of Hermann’s sister — and uncle to Sarah, Marie and Lisa. Also, he is sort of the go-to guy at our hotel. If we didn’t know better, we’d think he has at least four hands and boasts so many skills you couldn’t even count them all. 

Whether the tap is dripping, the stove is spinning, the pool is leaking, the ski boot buckle is stuck, the mountain bike has a flat tire, the coffee machine is giving you the cold shoulder or the roof box won't open just before check-ins. Fred is on hand to talk, shop, ponder, screw, grind, think and solve. He is one of our “Gästeflüsterer”, an all-rounder, actually a fixed starter in the overall hotel world cup. Someone who looks after your well-being during your wellness vacation in Austria; someone who is simply there when you need him.; someone who is ready to meet the most diverse wishes of our various guests. You are wondering how you will recognize him? - you will always be able to hear him laugh no matter what issue he is facing, obviously, because he solves them all.
